Description
5" (13 cm.) One-piece all-bisque Kewpie with classic Kewpie features of blue wings, side-glancing googly eyes, impish smile, and having sculpted black helmet with gilded eagle, sculpted black belt with bead button, sculpted sword with gilt handle, and sculpted brown saddle at his feet with gold stirrups. Excellent condition. Germany, incised O'Neill on feet, circa 1910, from original Kewpie designs by Rose O'Neill.
