Description
Blue cotton/linen dress with flat-front panel, side and back box-pleated skirt, and short sleeves, is trimmed with patriotic red, white and blue striped banding. The costume is labeled "4736". Generally excellent condition. Included is a vintage photograph of Shirley Temple wearing the costume. The costume was worn by Shirley in the opening scenes of the 1935 film "Our Little Girl" as young Molly Middleton (Shirley) explains that they are baking a very special cake for today is the family traditional "May Saturday" celebration.
