Description
5" (13 cm.) One-piece all-bisque figure of standing Kewpie, posed with right arm clasping an oversized trumpet, and the left arm held behind his back, and with sculpted black helmet with gold eagle and gold finial, black belt with holster and knife. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (impressed on feet). Comments: Germany, designed by Rose O'Neill, circa 1915. Value Points: rare model with trumpet, helmet and sculpted belt and knife.
