Description
An elaborately-constructed bonnet of ivory and rose silk has alternate bands of drape and ruching, with wire-framed flounced silk and ruffled Belgian lace framing the face, buckram lining for shape, ivory silk bavolet with rose silk lining, rose silk bows, streamers. 10" overall length (including bavolet). 5" inside head width. Circa 1880.
