8" (20 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep and googly eyes, painted lashes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette mohair wig, paper mache body with jointing at shoulders and hips, painted white socks and brown one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany 323 A 11/0 M. Comments: Marseille, circa 1920. Value Points: especially delightful example of the impish googly, has well-detailed all-original Scottish costume and cap.
