15" (39 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted facial features, shaded blue eyes, thick dark eyeliner, one-stroke tapered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, accent line between the very full lips that are enhanced by decorative glaze, impressed cheek and chin dimples, brunette mohair wig with side-coiled braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, left thumb broken. Marks: K*R 109 39. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, from their art character series, the model known as "Elise", circa 1910. Value Points: rare character from that art series has very fine matte bisque, deeply impressed dimples, original wig, body, body finish, and is wearing original traditional costume with richly-trimmed velvet vest.
