7" (18 cm.) Polychromed terra cotta head, sculpted brown curls, enamel inset eyes, tow-wrapped posable armature body, carved wooden lower arms and legs, painted blue stockings and brown shoes with black buckles, wearing original early folklore costume of metallic-braid trimmed silk, coiffe. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s.
