15" (38 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with sculpted blonde wind-blown hair beneath a sculpted grey bonnet perched on the back of the head and decorated with gilt-edged magenta ribbons, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, sculpted collar with white beaded detailing and blue polka dot scarf, pierced ears, muslin stitch-jointed body, new porcelain boots and bisque forearms, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: rare model with wonderfully sculpted bonnet and streamer, fancy bodice, nicely costumed.
