7 1/2" (19 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, plump cheeks, well-defined waist, cobalt blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms with modeled bent elbows, jointing at hips and knees, painted white stockings with magenta rims, painted green ankle boots with black lacing, tiny ankles. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: very rare doll with wonderful face and sculpting of body details, rare jointed knees and green boots.
