Description
2 1/2" (6 cm.) Designed as a miniature picture frame with gilt metal frame accented with turquoise beading,the arched frame encloses a raised-design scene of five Grecian figures bearing ancient symbols,presumably of learning. The mauve silk-covered dance book,gilt lettered "Studenten Ball 6 Februar 1875" is attached to the back with order of dances,matching pencil,and having mauve cord and silk tassels,clip and two teardrop dangles. Excellent condition. Vienna,1875.
