7" (18 cm.) All-bisque figure of seated child with sculpted brown hair, pointy party hat, intaglio light blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, feathered brows, closed mouth with sculpted teeth, impressed cheek dimples, sculpted large ruffled collar and yellow smock with puffy sleeves and white beaded accents, having curled fingers and toes. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1900.
