Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) Emerging from the shell of a paper mache egg is the wax head, arms and legs of a baby child, with blue glass eyes, closed mouth, blonde mohair wig, and with stiffened lace ruffle around the face and forming into a bonnet, decorated with rose bows. Excellent condition. For the French market, circa 1885, likely as Easter or Christening gift.
