19" (48 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of lady with elongated throat, brown sculpted hair in elaborately arranged curls at the crown and back of head, pierced ears, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, sculpted bodice with elaborate and colorful detail of embroidery with gilt-accented neck bow, muslin stitch-jointed body, leather arms, lovely antique silk costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870, attributed to C.F. Kling. Value Points: beautifully sculpted hair, very fancy artistically decorated bodice.
