31" (79 cm.) Bisque socket head, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, dark lushly-painted lashes, tinted eye shadow, brush-stroked brows with decorative glaze and feathered highlights, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the shaded outlined lips, impressed dimples at lip corners and chin, separately-modeled pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 15 (head, and artist checkmarks). Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: rare grand size of the beautiful brown-eyed bebe, original body and body finish, antique costume and undergarments, black leather shoes signed "Paris Depose 15" with bee symbol.
