Description
18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep and "Flirty" eyes, painted curly lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, dimpled chin, brunette mohair braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed flapper era body with jointing above the knee, original rubber hands. Condition: generally excellent, eyelid paint worn. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 117n Germany 46. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1915, the flirty-eyed version of the beloved Mein Liebling. Value Points: flapper era child has well-functioning flirty eyes and is wearing antique red and cream school dress, undergarments, socks and shoes, and carries a jump rope and satchel.
