Description
7" (18 cm.) doll. 9"h. buffet. Of finely grained golden wood, the matching furnishings includes buffet with applique soft metal accents and graduated size shelves; double-door armoire with curtained windows and metal accents; oval pedestal table and six matching balloon-back chairs each with inset black stripe banding, fernery with metal applique and flowers, dessert buffet, and fireplace with green silk cover. Included is a woven carpet, and soft metal pitcher, cruel holder and glass cones each with green glass centers, along with a paper mache shoulderhead lady with black sculpted hair in coiled chignon, painted features, kid body, original (frail silk gown). Germany, mid-1800s, the furniture is attributed to Eppendorfer & Noche.
