Description
11" (28 cm.) Carved wooden head, carved hair in unusual left-side part, simple straight bob, carved and tinted facial features, cloth body, wooden limbs. Condition: generally excellent, some small stains on face, light costume fading. Comments: Chinese Door of Hope Mission, circa 1925. Value Points: with rare "modern" coiffure, the young girl wears her original patterned rose tunic and matching trousers, with jade-green and pink edging, matching slippers.
