12" (30 cm.) seated. All-bisque baby with chubby legs and turned-up toes is posed seated, its arms in front of body clutching a bunch of purple grapes, with sculpted yellow stocking cap and yellow smock, each generously decorated with bows, flowers, gilt accents and ruffles. Excellent condition, original firing lines at ankles. Germany, circa 1900.
