Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 22 Majestic 0 Germany. Comments: Germany, Ernst Ulrich Steiner, circa 1900. Value Points: the pretty child is wearing superb antique rose satin dress with rose ribbons, matching bonnet, undergarments, rose satin shoes with pom-poms.
