Bisque socket head, painted pale blue eyes, black upper eyeliner, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, center accent line on lips, brunette human hair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K&H (in banner) 520 8 1/2 Germany. Comments: Kley and Hahn, circa 1910, from the firm's art character series, a companion model to the preceding lot, model 526. Value Points: wonderful expression with well-modeled impressed cheek dimples, delicate hint of smile, wonderful antique costume, rare larger size 8 1/2.
