The unusual design incorporates a gilt metal horse-shoe and carriage wheel into a purse-shaped design,with yoke as handle,and silk backing with gilt lettering for the 1899 Ball of the Horse and Carriage Proprietors. With mirror-cover booklet at the back,with pencil,cord,tassels,and loop. Excellent condition. Vienna 1899.
