Description
18" (46 cm.) Bisque socket head with very pale rounded complexion, blue glass eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, dimpled chin, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, Sonneberg complexion and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, flake at left pierced ear hole, some body retouched. Comments: Sonneberg, circa 1890. Value Points: very sweet expression enhanced by pale bisque, pretty antique costume.
