Of coral-rose silk faille, the soft Charlotte cap has a box-pleated all-around ruffle and is accented by a generous corsage of dainty flowers and rose silk ribbons and bows. Along with a pair of rose satin shoes with rose overcast stitching, silk covered button closure and silk rosettes, leather soles, impressed 5. 5" outside width of cap 2" inside head width. 2 1/4"l. shoes. Circa 1890.
