13" (33 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with sienna-brown complexion, painted black hair with defined forelock curl, brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted black lashes, black brushstroked brows with feathered details, pierced nostrils, open mouth, two porcelain upper teeth, composition five-piece baby body. Condition: generally excellent, original body finish with some scuffing. Marks: Germany F.S & Co. 1255/35z. Deponiert. Comments: Franz Schmidt, circa 1912. Value Points: the sienna-hue brown complexion has luminous patina, impressed cheek dimples, original body and body finish.
