Description
The owl-eyed gold rim spectacles are presented in their original black leather case bearing the label of Dr. Bartle Tallman, Optometrist, Beverly Hills, along with a handwritten note "Shirley's specs worn in Curly Top". The spectacles were worn by Shirley Temple during the dream sequence of "When I Grow Up" in the 1935 film "Curly Top" as she portrays herself as an old woman and in another scene.
