19" (49 cm.) Bisque socket head with highly-characterized features, deeply-defined features, intaglio blue eyes, thick dark upper eyeliner, heavily-modeled eyelids, one-stroke tapered brows, rounded nose with shaded nostrils, closed mouth, downcast lips with glazed highlights, dimpled chin, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, boy's blue romper suit. Condition: generally excellent, some wig pulls at back of head (under wig). Marks: K*R 114 49. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1910, the model was marketed as "Hans". Value Points: especially deep modeling with superbly detailed wistful features, fine gleaming patina of complexion, original body and body finish, original wig.
