Bisque socket head, dark blue glass sleep eyes in half-moon shaped sockets, fringe-painted upper lashes, one-stroke tapered brows, rounded nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth with petulant-shaped very full lips, impressed dimples at lip corners and chin, blonde mohair wig in soft ringlet curls, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, pretty antique dress, undergarments, leather shoes, bonnet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 114 57. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, the glass-eyed variation of their art character "Gretchen", circa 1912. Value Points: the rarity of the model is rivaled by its flawless bisque and fine deep sculpting, original body and body finish.
