15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head with amber-tinted complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, black painted lashes, incised eyeliner, black brushstroked brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, open mouth, shaded lips, four porcelain teeth, black mohair wig in up-swept coiffure, amber-tinted composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 23 164 38. Comments: attributed to Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: beautiful complexion enhanced by soft rose blushing, original body and body finish, original wig.
