14" (36 cm.) All-cloth doll with socket head, pressed and painted complexion, hair and facial features, short brown hair with stippling onto forehead, shaded green eyes with white eyedots, black and brown upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, closed mouth with pouting lips, jointing at shoulders and hips, wearing original (dusty) dress, undergarments, socks, red shoes and red flannel hat. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 131546 Kathe Kruse (feet). Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1945. Value Points: the little girl is preserved in her original Kathe Kruse box labeled "Made in Germany US Zone Kathe Kruse", and lettered "Trudy IX/117".
