12" (30 cm.) Amber tinted bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes in side-slanted eye sockets, painted lashes, black brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black mohair wig in up-swept style, amber tinted composition and wooden ball- jointed body, wearing silk kimono, slippers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SH 1199 dep 3 Germany. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: very choice bisque and complexion on the petite model are accented by deeply sculpted features, original body and body finish.
