23" (58 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes with darker blue outer rims, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, arched feathered brows, rose-blushed eyeshadow, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pale accented lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at hips, knees, and elbows, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, Barrois, circa 1865. Value Points: especially beautiful poupee with very delicate complexion and softly blushed cheeks, eye lids and lips, and with exceptional original wedding gown, veil and coronet, undergarments, shoes.
