19" (48 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, side-glancing brown eyes with decorative glaze, painted curly upper lashes, dark eye shadow, glazed lower lips, brunette mohair curly wig, jointing at hips and shoulders. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 100/131 (silver foil tag). Comments: Lenci, Italian, circa 1931. Value Points: extremely rare model, the doll wears pristine original felt costume of mountain hiker, with green felt jacket, brown felt trousers with green cuffs, leather shoes, gloves and holds a wooden walking stick and colorful felt flowers.
