19" (48 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue side-glancing eyes with dark eye shadow, painted lashes, single-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pouting expression, rosy cheeks, blonde mohair wig in side-parted fashion, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 100/135 (silver foil tag). Comments: Lenci, Italian, circa 1931. Value Points: extremely rare model in outstanding fine state of preservation, beautiful facial painting and hair, superb felt Tyrolean costume with embroidered pants and vest including running deer, green felt jack with brass buttons, and brown leather shoes.
