19" (48 cm.) Carved wooden socket head with cut pate, brown sleep eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with painted row of teeth, blonde mohair wig, all-wooden spring-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan.17, 1911 USA (paper label). Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1918, the model marketed as "Miss Dolly". Value Points: fine original painting, wig, and wearing original knit teddy.
