Description
Of midnight green velvet, the drop-waist jacket-dress centers a draped and ruched magenta silk center panel, and has shaped lappets with magenta piping and silver button accents, magenta silk collar with lace edging which matches the lace cuffs. The skirt is formed of two pleated tiers, the upper of darkest green velvet and the lower of black velvet, underlain by pleated muslin dust ruffle. Along with a black velvet wire-framed bonnet with wide brim and flat crown, and is decorated with a cluster of silk flowers and bow. For 26"-28" doll. 6" shoulder width. 17" hips. 17" overall length. 8 1/2"l. bonnet. 3" inside head width. Circa 1880.
