10" (25 cm.) Solid domed bisque head with ebony black complexion and sculpted tightly-fleeced black hair, flanged neck, black movable-disc googly eyes, tiny nose, closed mouth with four tiny beaded teeth, muslin body, composition hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: DRGM 962?? HS (intertwined). Comments: Herm Steiner, circa 1930, with registered "living eye" system of movable googly eyes. Value Points: rare model with distinctive eyes, flawless complexion.
