12" (30 cm.) x 8". The wooden box with patterned paper cover and gilt lettered label "Modes Parisienne" opens to reveal well-fitted interior with miniature woven and felt bonnets, wrapped bunting of fabric and trim, threads, sewing tools and an instruction booklet "Modes des Bebes". The set is presented in its entirely original condition, each element still tied to the original box. French, circa 1890.
