32" (81 cm.) Bisque socket head, large amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, rose blushed eyeshadow, thick brushstroked brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, original body finish. Marks: R 5 D. Comments: Rabery and Delphieu, circa 1890. Value Points: especially beautiful eyes and flawless complexion, waist-length antique wig, wearing cream cashmere dress (some small holes) with rich embroidery, undergarments, socks, shoes and woven straw bonnet.
