In the shape of a folio with ribbed cover design and relief applique of young man and woman in theatrical costume,opening to an actual sepia photograph of a Vienna wall depicting waltzing couples fronted by a statue of two gentlemen (Strauss?). With title page labeled "Kostumball under dem titel 'Ein Walzertraum' ". 6 February 1909,and order-of-the-dance pages. With pencil,cord,tassel and brass loop. Generally excellent. Vienna,1909.
