Description
19" (48 cm.) All stockinette with soft stuffing, the stitch-shaped face with defined eye sockets, painted blue eyes and lashes, stitched nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, stitched-on ears, blonde yarn hair, stitch jointing at shoulders, hips and knees, unusual curled fingers. Condition: slight wear of yarn hair, otherwise excellent. Comments: American, circa 1885. Value Points: rare doll in well-preserved state has original knit undergarments, socks, slippers and baby dress.
