14" (36 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead of adult lady with slender face and elongated throat, sculpted blonde hair captured in a green snood which is framed by a purple lustre garland and feather, painted blue eyes with thick upper eyeliner, painted lashes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth, muslin body, porcelain arms and legs, brown painted boots with tassels, antique black velvet gown. Condition: generally excellent, left porcelain leg restored. Comments: Germany, circa 1875. Value Points: rarity factors include decorated snood and beautifully-painted eyes.
