Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) Of cast metal with gilded finish, the French style vitrine has three glass sides and mirrored back door with hinged closing, arched crest and ball feet, and painted enamel scenes in the Watteau manner around the base of all four sides. There is a musical box hidden in the base which operates from hand-wind key. Excellent condition. Austrian, late 1800s.
