Description
11" (28 cm.) Inside a brass bird cage with carrying loop is a bird perch with leaf decorations upon which is perched a feathered yellow bird. When wound, the bird opens and closes his mouth, turns head, and flutters his tail feathers while tweeting a delicate bird song. Condition: generally excellent, mechanism functions well. Marks: Germany K.G. Comments: Karl Griesbaum, circa 1950. Value Points: well-preserved, the bird tweets melodious sounds.
