Description
11" (28 cm.) x 7". The bound volumes, in French language, features stories, poetry, advice, and, most importantly, information about current fashion and advice on its proper wear. Each volume contains many color engraved images of fashionable gowns, bonnets, and accessories, many shown in scenes, and some featuring child, a few with children and dolls. Included are bound annuals for 1853, 1854, 1855-56, 1858, and 1859. Fair/good condition, some spotting, some wear to covers. Published in Paris at Au Bureau du Journal at Boulevard des Italiens.
