Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) One-piece bisque head, torso and legs, loop-jointed bisque arms with starfish-shaped hands, sculpted wide-brimmed "woven" sun hat and blue overall trousers with pink straps, white shirt, and painted side-glancing eyes with black upper curly lashes, forelock curl, blue wings, bare feet. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill. Comments: Kewpie, designed by Rose O'Neill, circa 1910. Value Points: rare model with wonderfully-painted overalls.
