11" (28 cm.) Polychromed terra cotta head turned to the side, sculpted brown hair with well-defined wind-blown curls, enamel eyes, thickly-sculpted brown brows, sideburns, moustache and neatly-trimmed beard, tow-wrapped posable armature body, carved wooden lower arms and legs, painted stockings and black shoes with red bows, wearing embroidered silk vest, pants, brown velvet jacket with gold braid edging. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s.
