Description
4" (10 cm.) One-piece all-bisque head, torso and legs, loop-jointed bisque arms with starfish-shaped hands, sculpted blue policeman's helmet with black brim and white medallion, painted side-glancing googly eyes, upper lashes, dash brows, wide impish smile, blue wings. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany from original designs by Rose O'Neill, circa 1912. Value Points: rare impish Kewpie with sculpted policeman's cap.
