Description
9" (23 cm.) h. 4" face width. The multi-ribbed wire-framed bonnet is lavishly draped in dot-embroidered tulle which forms into a large flounce at the crown and is decorated with rows of braided white pearl-beads. The bonnet has original label of Maison F. DuFour, L. Lamy Successors in Paris, which won a Gold Medal at the 1867 Paris Exposition according to the label. Excellent condition. Circa 1880.
