Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, brushstroked brows, rose blushed eye shadow, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent lines on lip edges, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, kid bebe body with square cut collarette, gusset-jointing at elbows, hips and knees, bisque forearms, lovely rose silk costume with black velvet trim, undergarments, bonnet, stockings, black leather shoes, additional chemise dress included. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 6/0 (head and shoulderplate). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, his first period bebe, the Bru Brevete, circa 1877. Value Points: outstanding example of the gentle faced bebe in very rare petite size, finest bisque and painting, original body, perfect hands.
