Description
30" (76 cm.) h. x 16"w. x 12"d. The large wooden two-story house features a steepled roof, attic tower, chimney, lithographed paper cover with printed bricks, woods and other architectural details, and with front porch with railing, set-back porch on second floor, working internal elevator which operates from handwind at the side, hinged front door. The interior has original lithographed wall and floor papers, and each door has original metal handle. Excellent condition, roof paint may be retouched. Germany, Moritz Gottschalk, circa 1890, with rare working elevator features.
